Impact fees on SB 1211 ADUs

AB 1033 + SB 13 already capped fees on smaller ADUs. SB 1211 inherits those protections.

SB 13 (2019) capped impact fees on ADUs ≤750 sf at zero, and required fees for larger ADUs to be proportional. SB 1211 ADUs inherit these protections — a 600-sf detached unit pays no impact fee in most jurisdictions.

School fees, sewer-capacity fees, and water-meter installation fees are separate from the impact-fee cap and still apply.
